Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide and improve our Service. As a utility application designed to decode New York City parking regulations, we collect the absolute minimum amount of data required for the App to function.

Location Data We use your device’s location services (via Apple’s CoreLocation) to determine your current position on the map and display nearby parking regulations.

• How it is used: Your location data is used strictly on your device to center the map and calculate distances to parking zones.

• Data Storage: We do not track, store, or transmit your precise location history to our servers.

Search Data When you use the search bar to find a specific street, the street name is temporarily processed to fetch the relevant parking rules from the NYC Department of Transportation databases.

2. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes carefully selected third-party services to function effectively. These third parties have their own Privacy Policies addressing how they handle data:

• Apple MapKit & App Store: Used for displaying the map interface and handling in-app purchases. Apple’s privacy policy governs the processing of your Apple ID and payment information.

3. Data Retention

Because we do not maintain custom user accounts or external databases for user profiles, we do not store your personal data on any proprietary servers. Subscription statuses are securely handled via Apple and RevenueCat, and your location data remains on your physical device.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
